Psych totally disses The Mentalist

I watched one episode of The Mentalist and couldn't get over how much of a blatant rip-off of Psych it is. And now it turns out The Mentalist is up for an emmy?!? OK, I guess there's no such thing as creative plagiarism for TV shows. And if there is, you get rewarded for it.
