Customers given too many choices are 10x less likely to buy

Great post on given people too many choices or letting them decide. Think of the companies that offer a limited set of product choices (e.g. In and Out Burger, Apple, Chipotle) vs. companies that offer just about everything for every situation (e.g. Dell, Jack in the Box, Adobe). Sure, people are often bothered that there's not as many choices but you can't deny it lets the company focus on the making the limited set of products offerings the best they can be.
